ICE scoring model

The ICE Scoring Model helps prioritise features and ideas by multiplying three numerical values assigned to each feature: Impact, Confidence and Ease with each item gets a ranking from one to ten.

Impact looks at how much the feature will impact customer satisfaction. Confidence is the certainty that the feature will actually have the predicted Impact. Ease looks at the level of effort to complete the feature.
